... and yesterday we finally made the presentation to Vobarno. In the beautiful town library we were hosted by the Mayor and councilor lovely Marta, besides the legendary manager of the Giambattista Bonelli. E 'was a nice evening. Challenging and not so easy, we have to admit, because the audience was diverse and complex state than usual to get the full message of the book. We talked about motherhood as rewarding and educational experience for anyone, man or woman. And choice. Of sacrifice and sharing. Information and empowerment. Preparation the life and growth, mothers should give themselves a deadline of role and learn to build relationships with their children equally. E 'difficult, of course. But not impossible. A reflection accompanied us in the home. As always, the end of these meetings, someone raises his hand (usually a woman) and asks what can be done to change things. First, do not pretend not to know. Then fight. Whenever you can. We need to ask for more and we must do it whenever we can. As companions, as workers, as employers, as voters, as citizens, as consumers, as consumers, as friends, as mothers and daughters.
Thanks again to everyone, to the mayor for all the wonderful flowers and for their warm assistance. And ... appointment to Friday!
